RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges in all cases. All sales are final because each and every product & packaging is specially curated for you. 

Also, size and color displayed can differ due to lighting effect you can also enquire for the original pic from Seyon aesthetic. No refund will be eligible for size or color difference

All our products undergo multiple levels of quality checks . Return is applicable only if the product is damaged/ missing. Please write to seyonaesthetic@gmail.com for returns with your order id and supported images & unboxing video.

In case a user buys multiple products, only the damaged product will be accepted.

You will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the price of the damaged item(s) within 7 days after the product is received by us.
 Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

We require an full unboxing video with no cuts and editing of the package opening. The video should include the opening of the mailing envelope to the defect being showcased clearly.
